WELCOME TO "THIS SIDE OF PARADISE"

Welcome! As a participant in the Y.Dot program, you will be an integral part of the exhibition "This Side of Paradise" at the Andrew Freedman Home in the Bronx. Here are some images to look at, images that show the space "before" No Longer Empty started working on the exhibition. What do you think about them?

  1. My name is Leon Robinson, I found the NLE program through my art teacher and the Work Based Learning class in my school. Im interested in Industrial Design and I want to be a car designer one day. I aim to be one the greatest innovators of my time and I always strive for perfection, I hope that the time I spend with NLE will expand my creative vision and knowledge and that I will leave with new skills learned. My cousin and I have also started a clothing line with great, affordable clothing called IV.V.IX (ivvix.bigcartel.com OR Facebook.com/459aspires) please check us out!

  2. Hello, my name is Julissa and I discovered the Y.Dot program through my art program's coordinator. Currently, I am pursuing a career in Construction Management and I hope to design at least one memorable building in my lifetime. I don't think of myself as much of an artist, however I do paint and draw on my free time. The NLE Y.Dot program has been very pleasing to me so far and I am happy to be a part of the project "This Side of Paradise." I truly admire what the NLE has accomplished so far.
